Originally from northern England, Katie has been practicing and teaching yoga for nearly 20 years. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa training with Runa Yoga in 2020 and has since expanded her studies to include prenatal, yin, and awakening yoga. Katie loves crafting flowing sequences that connect familiar poses in fresh ways to uplift her students.
With a background in scientific research and a love of the outdoors, you can often find Katie running past the studio at sunrise, swimming in the big lake, or hiking Duluth’s trails with her husband, daughter, and pug.
