Kristin Hill

With nearly 20 years of teaching yoga and training in Vinyasa, Sculpt, and Candlelight Flow through CorePower Yoga, Kristin has a gift for making yoga feel approachable, challenging, and enjoyable. She also holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota, allowing her to bring her expertise in sports medicine to the mat. 

When she’s not teaching yoga or practicing sports medicine, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three daughters. Kristin loves to play tennis, nordic ski, tend to her bees, chickens, and gardens, and watch the family dog, Otto, being cute.
