Grateful to be a lifelong student of yoga, Michelle holds space in her classes for students to connect to themselves, the world, and the mind-body connection through breath and movement. With a BA in Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation and E-RYT 200 certification through Yoga Center of Minneapolis, she guides students inward while reminding them not to take life too seriously—both on and off the mat.
Beyond the joy of teaching yoga, Michelle spends her time soaking up the great outdoors, making memories with her family, and embracing adventures life throws her way.
