Get in touch with us

Starting or continuing on your yoga journey often comes with a few questions. We’ve gathered the most common ones so you can roll out your mat with ease when you join us.

Have questions? We're here to help.

Do I need to have any previous yoga experience to get started?

Not at all! At Duluth Yoga, we truly believe yoga is for everybody. That’s why we offer a variety of classes taught by passionate teachers who welcome students at every level, from first-timers to seasoned yogis (and everyone in between)

Is yoga safe if I have an injury or limited mobility?

Generally, yes! Yoga can be adapted for many different body types and abilities. Our certified yoga teachers can offer a variety of modifications to support your yoga practice, but we always encourage you to consult with your doctor or medical professional.

What should I bring to class?

A yoga mat, small towel, water bottle, and comfortable clothing are all you need to join us for a class. We provide complimentary props, as well as yoga accessories and apparel for purchase, in our shop, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own.

I’m newer to yoga…which class should I start with?

Our Duluth Yoga Level 1 and Duluth Yoga Restore classes are a great place to start if you’re new to yoga. They’ll give you the foundations of movement, breath, and alignment while still allowing you to explore yoga at your own pace

How do I sign up for a class?

To sign up for any of our classes, create an account online or download the free Mindbody app and search for Duluth Yoga. From there, you can reserve your spot, pay for classes and memberships, and stay connected so you never miss a class.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?

We know life happens! You can easily cancel or reschedule your class through the Mindbody app. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 8 hours before class in order to give others the opportunity to join a class. Please note that late cancellations or no-shows for waitlisted classes will be charged a $10 fee.

Is there parking near the studio?

Yes! We offer free parking directly outside our studio, along St. Marie Street. You can also find free parking behind the dental office and in the Mt. Royal upper lot. If it’s your first time visiting Duluth Yoga, we always recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can find your spot.

Do you offer memberships and drop-ins?

Absolutely! Whether you’re looking to make your practice a constant part of your life or just pop in when you can, we’ve got options that fit you. Choose from our unlimited-year memberships, monthly unlimited memberships, 5-class packs, or one-time yoga drop-ins.

What makes Duluth Yoga different?

Duluth Yoga is a welcoming community that offers strength, balance, and renewal through diverse vinyasa class options, supportive teachers, and a studio that doubles as a shop, so you can carry the spirit of mind, body, and breath wherever you go next.
